someone to depend on?
a true friend,
a brother or sister
who has your
back,
is there someone you
can call upon
no matter what hour
of the night
it is.
penniless or flush,
will they come to you
in the worst of
times,
will they sit at your
bedside
in sickness, and in
death.
do you have someone
who knows
you best?
if so, count yourself
lucky,
few
have anyone like that.
