You simply must order them. I prefer the European way now --no top sheet just the duvet cover. It is the same sheet material --and yes, you take it off and wash it every week the same as you do the bottom sheet or pillow cases. Unless you are an animal and do not change your sheets every week. This makes making the bed in the morning so easy--literally grab the corners of the duvet and shake. And, as the French say --Viola! You are done. Unless you are an animal and don't make your bed every day. P.S. The company I used to order mine is called Sheets and Giggles. And, no, that is not a made-up name and they are not paying me money to say this. And, of course, you must have a down duvet to slip into the bamboo cover (and, yes, easy to put on and change.) Viola! You are done.
