I listen to sarah
speaks
on her you tube channel.

she's as clear and concise
as
a bell rung
on a cold winters day.

she's got the low down,
the skinny
on lots of abusive behavior.

most of which she's been
through,
having gone down that road
with many of
disordered, sick
men.

in time i'll discard the whole
lot of these
self help gurus,

a growing community of
narcissistic experts,

but for now, a tune up
every now and then
keeps me from
coming unglued.
