the swindlers aren't
doing card tricks
on the boulevard,
setting up tables
to do five
card monte.
they aren't
selling Rolex watches
in Times Square.
no.
they're on the phone
now.
slipping a stealth
hand
into your life,
your bank accounts,
taking everything.
