a wave of common sense
like a breath
of fresh air,
a wave of common sense
floats through
the window.
clarity is spoken.
the adults are in the room
once more.
sanity is restored.
prayers are answered,
let's fix what's broken
and move
forward.

clean hands
the Wednesday lover
the other century
i haven't forgotten you, and yet
staying home
each to his own version
the night gladiators
Brinkley Road
the lost right slipper
the S O S
this is what you should do
what once was new
you must be normal, right?
running wild in the streets
with a cherry on top
third dog this week
the Abe Lincoln stamp
a lesson in traveling light
same day, same time, next week?
this book will change your life
wonder woman
the more i know
the Jackson Pollock sweater
more rainbows and lollipops please
the downtown lunch counter
the new sanctuary city
the new lime green parking passes
give me the cold water
easy street
gone for three weeks
half a crying soul
minus the long orange gown
the corner store with no parking
let's rewrite this script
searching the globe
so what doesn't hurt today?
put on your fat pants, it's January
tea and sympathy
future mayors run the HOA
love and hate
the brick duplex near the bowling alley
the Gideon Bible in the drawer
where are the locusts?
right where we left him
death by a thousand small cuts
coughing spasms
subscribing to a magazine
we need butter
ounces added to the pounds
take me to the zoo
sick politics
remembering Dwight
what the hell is Crypto?
the dimming of your light
another day please
a good day to do nothing
the first week of the new car
we're Eskimos
happy tears
film at eleven thirty
the day job
comfort food
will Canada take him back?
not all people are bad
finding her pill bottle
the tax return
into the wee wee hours of the morning
the president's dog gets a pardon too
family outing
pull over
his weaknesses
a new sidewalk is coming soon
i'm looking out the window
a wave of common sense
brother can you spare a pill
the inheritance check arrives
becoming Batman
is there something i need?
a new Sheriff in town
a visit in the spring
the permanent stain
take it and go
the numbered seven page hand written letter
when limbs fall asleep
a very large crowd at the game
ten more minutes, then forgiveness
when you're whipped
Sailing the Seven Seas
baby it's cold out there
watching the big game with Amber
waiting in line for my life to change
the contortionist
on the road again
twilight lovers
so which is it
welcome Greenland
the three month no refund yoga class
your Saturday clothes
more of an inside guy
a new face to live with
