alfredo sauce

i have limited skills in the
kitchen.
i admit that.

martinis have never been
an issue, but

i've got the basics down.
pasta
fish, meat.

scrambled eggs.
occasionally i'll step it up
and make

alfredo sauce
from scratch and pour it
onto

a steamy plate of fettuccine.

that's basically a moon landing
for me.

i'm much better in other
rooms, although folding laundry,

especially the fitted sheet
is an impossible task.
