gone to a gym,
or kept track of my steps,
or my
calories.
i've never
once ate a power bar,
or a salad
made of kale.
do i take my blood
pressure
daily,
do i have a glucose
monitor
stuck in my arm.
do i take a single pill?
no. hell no.
it's work
and sports,
and then meat and potatoes,
sometimes
covered in
gravy.
