to buy a larger pair of pants,
and shirt,
than it
is to walk
and exercise and not put
that third
slice of cake
into your mouth,
washing it down with
a large drink.
it's hard
to fend off this
emotional hunger,
this perpetual
thirst.
maybe tomorrow i'll
begin.
