roasting garlic, oh my

i  rarely eat bread

anymore,

but here i am in the kitchen

with my

hands in a bowl

of flour

and yeast, salt

and water, mixing up

another

loaf.

rosemary and garlic this

time.

the Dutch oven is hot

and ready.

i'm just waiting for the garlic

to roast.
