someone who makes house
visits,
someone
available by text
or phone.
someone in the office
not out
playing golf.
i want a doctor
who keeps reading,
keeps
learning,
who isn't tied down
to the hospital
script.
someone with
an open mind,
and a warm stethoscope
and bedside
manner.
i don't want to talk
to the receptionist,
the nurse,
the P.A..
i'd like to speak to an
actual doctor, hear
and say actual words.
