when nothing happened.
you went to work
with
no surprises.
the traffic was light.
you drank
coffee.
you listened to the radio.
you finished the job,
got paid,
then went to the bank.
you drove home
to no messages, no mail.
no packages
on the porch.
you took a shower,
took a nap,
had dinner.
watched a show,
read for a while before
going to sleep.
it was wonderful day
of nothing
happening.
