get a window seat

there's no air there,

no water,

no food,

no coffee, full caf

or decaf.

nothing but rocks.

no life

to speak of

and if there is, it's

microscopic

at best.

but let's go there.

sounds ideal.

let's spend a trillion.

to plant a flag

on mars,

or jupiter, or whatever

planet we can reach.

this earth is boring,

worn out

and no longer what

it once was.

we need something new.

it'll be an adventure.

we can be the next

pilgrims.

it's a long trip, but

if you get a window seat,

you'll have quite a view.
