I see the change
in you, the change in me.
I notice
the distance
that we keep, no longer
hand
on shoulder, or knee.
the gap has grown
as we lie asleep,
the talks
have slowed, the kisses
aren't as sweet
as they used to be.
I see the change in you,

tomorrow might be
different, but I doubt
it.
