part four
there
was part one,
a walk in the park,
then
followed
by part two and three,
chaos
and fun,
and now
at last
you're deep into
part four,
serenity and laughs,
but oh my,
how the pages turned
so easily
so fast.

(257)
avoiding being brainwashed
just around the bend
unexpected quicksand
necessary pains
most likely to succeed
changing the world one scream at a time
the left and right hand
her purse, a survivor's treasure chest
the crowded bin
cucumber sandwiches and the minister's wife
the end of democracy, oh my
that ice cream belly
Donald's shopping list the first 100 days
why is this fish orange?
she's a gourmet chef now
state champion five years in a row
i've learned nothing today
keeping the shirt on
lipstick on a glass
when flowers bloom
anger is fine
her voice a song
fig leaf fashion
i'd rather not know
i invite Elon over
living his best life
the community pool regulations
the cup gone cold
who has time to read and study
the paint store clerk
the first date prenup
waiting for coffee to percolate
expiration dates
through a glass darkly
without them it's just us
is it December or July?
you're fine
blended in
i'll get to it
looking down
bring something dark and cold
don't worry, you'll find it
sweetened purple
the dog walker
the get well bouquet
heading home together
gone off her trolley
the one night stand
your lightning strike
the endless chase
the winter fields we ran a 8 a.m.
the road to Carolina and Jodi
do i really care?
days would go by
it starts with pink
my lovely good neighbors
the girl with long arms
more than we could chew
did you see the big game last night?
poker night
part four
a theater degree
the arrival
waiting for a stranger
in a certain light
the church poetry reading of B. C.
the shimmering green lake
where are the good scissors
shapes and form unrecognizable
they will never know what i know
two knees for the price of one
lacking flexibility
love is exactly like this, coach told me when i wa...
what's left behind
there's more fish in the sea
cabbage and old shoes
how far away is love?
a woman on a horse
the indestructible bone
the party of joy and empathy, compassion and hope
it wasn't me, honest
her children
too many good reviews
sixteen more minutes, please hold
the cabaret singer
embellishing the story
so where you headed to?
waiting on the next big thing
mister, can you help me?
the comfort zone
the enormous iron skillet
the political coffee clutch
no place like home
i'm afraid to ask, but what surgery are you having?
it's normal now
the glass paperweight
a rainy day with Judge Judy
fitting into the senior home
the cold room sleep
spring breakers
