it all home.

and racks,
the refrigerator
once more.
what if i ate what i already
have.
the last inch of peanut
butter
in a jar.
the three slices of bread
at the end of a bag,
a can of olives.
those grapes
going soft,
that box of pasta,
with ten strands left,
the butt of a ham covered
in foil,
pushed behind
a box of Chinese food
from Hunan West.
