it still makes
you proud
to back into a tight space,
hitting neither the car
in front of you
or behind.
no scraping the curb.
with
one hand on the wheel,
using the rear-view mirror,
another arm over
the seat, looking back
you guide
your car in,
impressing no one,
but yourself.
but still. pretty neat.
