people say
what a bad
year it was.
it was horrible. this and that.
the pain
the strain.
work, the virus.
riots and protests, death.
the weather.
politics.
schools and children,
pets
and elders.
lockdowns.
the whole world going to
hell
on a speed pass,
but after awhile, enough is
enough.
suck it up
and stop whining,
i've seen worse. a lot worse.
this is nothing.
let me tell you
about two thousand eighteen.
