coming down
from the grey sky
or
something's burning nearby.
out the window
i see white ashes
floating down
like confetti. i hope it's
snow.
and nothing's on
fire in the neighborhood.
so far i don't hear any siren
or alarms going off.
i really don't want to get
out of these pajamas today.
