resolution

i see her
list of resolutions.
it's a long
list.
goes on for several pages.
she runs out
of ink
and has to start using
another pen.
days later
she's done.
she hands it to me
to read.
i tell her good. good,
then add on
another dozen or so
for her to ponder.
