vows are tossed aside.
doors close.
windows
open.
the trap door
could be anywhere.
there are no secrets.

got it wrong.
stay alert.

seems to be.
we live in a world
of bent mirrors
and
ventriloquists.
peep holes and microphones.
words mean nothing
when shouted,
but everything
when whispered.
sleep like no one is
