these morning people,
these happy
and perky,
these smiling
and chatty morning
people need
to quarantined.
they need to be
kept away from
the rest of us.
out of sight,
until we awaken.
until the first
or second cup
of coffee has
gone down.
these people need
to be quiet with
their cheerful
busy minds. they
need to go
to another part
of the room.
to another part
of the street until
we too are ready
to participate
in the world. please.
