i have no idea if she'll come
back.
she looks at me
and shrugs,
then off she goes,
doing whatever
cats do
when out and about.
but the dog
is a different story.
he needs
the leash, he needs
to be talked to,
he needs love and attention,
direction.
being told to stop barking
and what not
to eat.
he needs treats.
he needs me.
the cat, not so much.
