pretty much just meat
and eggs.
bacon
butter
beef.
a little pork, a little
poultry,
but that's about it.
anything with a face
goes in the pan.
sauteed,
broiled or baked.
no more
processed foods,
no oils.
no sugar.
i've never felt better
without
vegetables
and fruit,
weight down,
blood pressure down.
inflammatory issues
subdued.
come on over sometime.
