emmeshed with a sprinkling

of Christ, Buddha,

and the likes of Dr. Phil

and Oprah.

everyone and their sister

is a life coach these days.

so much mumbo, jumbo.

the more you listen,

the more lost and confused

you are.

everyone has a prescription

for righting the ship

of mankind.

that's sinking quickly

into the dark sea.

how about for starters,

don't get hurt,

and don't hurt anyone.
