cold pizza

it's stale and cold,
late
in arriving,
hardly
any cheese on it's round
flat
surface.
too thin,
skimpy on the olives
and mushrooms.
even the box
is flimsy,
half opened.
the driver doesn't seem
to care,
as you reach
for your money
to pay him,
his mind else where,
not knowing
how much
you wanted pizza
and now don't.
