how kind
people are when you
are sick.
under
the weather.
coughing.
how sweet of them
to bring you
soups
and tea,
how thoughtful
they can be
to give advice
and leave you alone
to suffer
with your runny
nose,
and itchy eyes.
the world needs
ill people
to soften the hearts
of those
not so.
