the easy way

i believe
everything you
tell me even
though i know
half of it is
a pack of lies,
but i go along
with it just
the same. why
make waves,
when we both
know what the
truth really is,
and when it
ends, blows up
as it will,
we both know
that there will
be no one to
point a finger
at and blame,
so i believe
everything you
say, it's so much
easier than
arguing, this
way.
