like the moon,
you have another
side. it' dark,
it's cold, it's
hidden from
the light. i try
to never travel
there, never go
around to the other
side. i'd prefer
that the moon
was flat,
with one side,
light and soft
accepting of
my gentle landings,
but it isn't
that way, is it?
