work

the days pile
up on top of one
another at times
and it's hard to
breathe, the work
keeps coming,
thankfully, but
you feel over
whelmed and tired.
you want to lie
down somewhere
and let someone
else take over
for awhile, but
then you loose
this notion when
the phone rings
and you quickly
hop up to get
back to it.
