bright yellow,

taped to the side.
it's full of dollar
bills
and change.
thank you, she says.
as I drop
some money in.
I see her later
at the coffee shop
buying
a caramel macchiato
and a blueberry
scone.
she's wearing what looks
like a new dress
with new shoes
and a matching handbag.
the yellow bucket
beside her chair
says Tennessee now.
