when they stop serving
what you want, meat and potatoes
fresh greens,
when the bread is stale,
when they stop
pouring martinis, and bringing
out a tray of sweet
desserts, when the service
breaks down, gets rude
when they don't care anymore
if you're around,
you don't go back.
