it's nearly impossible
to keep up with your growing
list of passwords.
numbers and names,
obscure places you've
been. people
that you've known,
alive and deceased.
some are so clever
you can't even remember
them ten minutes after
typing them in.
some are the same,
each account, each site,
each bank being opened
by your birth date,
or age attached
to your dog's name. you write
them down.
but in weeks or months
you forget where they are
and have to start all again.
